We are engaged in processing and exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products and perishable items such as curry leaves and lemon grass which are being processed in our own processing units across the country.

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic direction for the internal audit function, considering the unique challenges and opportunities of the organic agro manufacturing sector.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, considering the complexities of multiple factories and the export-oriented nature of the organic agro manufacturing sector.
- Lead, mentor and manage a skilled internal audit team.
- Review audit findings and provide insightful recommendations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including senior management and external auditors.
- Prepare and present clear, concise and actionable audit reports to executive management and the board.
- Monitor the status of audit recommendations and the implementation of corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience (5 years) in an internal audit leadership role, preferably within the organic agro manufacturing or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of risk management, internal controls, and audit methodologies in a manufacturing and export-oriented context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
