Stripes & Checks Pvt Ltd. is an omni-channel menswear brand with multiple retail outlets within the country and a growing e-commerce business. We also operate our own manufacturing facility that caters to our retail requirements. With the success we have had locally, we plan to embark on a mission to take our brand global.
What We Are Looking For: Lead Generation Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify potential leads through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, company websites, and industry-specific databases.
- Compile and maintain a database of potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct outreach activities via email, phone calls, and social media to initiate contact with potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their interest and suitability for the company's products or services.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the relevant stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales support role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, such as CRM software, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with potential leads.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail for accurate lead qualification and data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in identifying new lead generation opportunities.
- Adaptability to evolving priorities and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to handle Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
