GISM, the education and research partner to Massey University in New Zealand, has following vacancies. For lecturer positions you must have experience in lecturing in a reputed state or private-sector University together with industry experience.

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer

in the Department of Engineering and Technology

You must be able to lecture Electronics, Mechatronics, control systems and/or IT, CS, Data Science, Software Eng. Paper modules in our Mechatronics and Information Science Bachelors and Masters-level degree pathways. Also, you should work as the Programme Leader in this area. Applicants for this post should possess with

  • Bachelor and Masters qualifications in Electronics/Mechatronics engineering and/or Computing obtained from a recognized university and,
  • More than two years of university-level lecturing experience in similar fields with programme management experience.
  • Experience in course development, handling engineering research and be able to assist students in IT and Electronic laboratory work.
  • Knowledge and experience to assist our staff for IT applications and digital media marketing activities.

For Senior Lecture positions, you should have a PhD or, a Masters Degree with experience in similar field.

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer

in the Department of Business Studies

The successful candidate will require to relate Business, Management, Economics and marketing theory to the industry in order to benefit both domestic and international pathway students. The purpose of the Senior Lecturer in Management is to undertake learning facilitation, research and assist with where appropriate. In addition, the following is considered the ideal profile required:

  • A PhD or professional doctorate in a Business or related discipline or,
  • Master's qualification may be considered if the candidate can demonstrate relevant academic and industry experience preferably at management level.

Demonstrated evidence of course delivery at undergraduate and postgraduate

levels.

  • A record of research publications and currently research active.
  • Experience in provision of academic leadership with programme development, examination and Quality Assurance.
  • Sound Administrative and Communication Skills
  • Able to lecture Business Economics, Organizational Management, Management Information Systems, Business Mathematics and Foundation Economics.

Student Counselor in the International Office

Ideal candidate must have strong public relation and interpersonal skills to work with confidence having an in-depth knowledge and experience in immigration rules related to student visa processing while regularly updating with the visa application guidelines and be able to:

  • Assist our students to launch applications to our partner Universities to get the offer of Place
  • Guide students and their parents for visa applications and supporting documents.
  • Work with updated Immigration rules and boarder procedures in related overseas countries
  • Assist students for document preparation and launching online visa application.
