Executive Compensation & Benefits

Accountable for maintaining payroll system and processing paycheck according to schedule and in the correct amount while consolidating timesheets information and entering data into the HR system to ensure a smooth payroll process each month.

Our Requirements are...

  • Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 3-4 Years of relevant work experience in a Managing a payroll of 800 employees.
  • Previous work experience in an apparel organization is a must.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Sinhala.

Excellent skills in time management, organizing and attention to detail.

Experience in using hSenid HR System and a Sound knowledge in MS Office and submitting Management Reports.

Attending to all the requests by Department of Labour and Central Bank with regards to ETF/EPF matters/reports.
