The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Coordinator - Sales Operations to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. As a leader in HR, you will play a key role in managing HR strategy, employee welfare, help develop high-performance teams, drive HR programs and initiatives to achieve corporate goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Sales Enablement:

  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business ✓ Provide operational support & point of contact assistance in the office for sales administration

Assist in the development and roll out of sales processes and tools, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.

Provide support to the sales team by providing on-time information of regulatory approvals status, supply chain, and logistics updates, payments, and debtors updates, and other management information to support field teams.

Help monitoring pipe and forecast progress and reporting to management

Sales Administration:

  • Provide a range of administrative support to the field sales teams to help in the achievement of regional and product objectives
  • Analysis of product base and customer listing for future opportunities including the tracking of tenders and quotations

Deal with all sales/product manager queries and escalate as required within both the immediate team and wider business.

Providing sales training and support to sales representatives

Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE :

A well-recognized degree or a qualification that supports and complements the job

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

A dynamic self-driven, well-organized, motivated individual with leadership skills

  • Fluent in Sinhala/Tamil and English with excellent presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with software and office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
