CONDOMINIUM MANAGER
- Minimum of 03 years Working Experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in the Hospitality industry will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Candidates from Galle area is preferred.
- Age below 40.
The selected candidate is responsible for the entire operation of the condominium property including but not limited to maintenance of the property in a safe and attractive manner, handling and responding for requests, concerns and conflicts of residents/guests, finance management and rental management etc. The selected candidate will be stationed at Galle.
