  • CHEF DE PARTIE
  • COMMIS I
  • COMMIS II

Work Experience

The Candidates should be over 22 years of age with 2-4 years' experience in Sri Lanka or overseas in a similar capacity.

Should have some hands-on experience in Food preparation, experience in Pastry, Bakery and Confectionary will be an added advantage.

Should be outstanding and energetic, with initiative and drive with a pleasing personality.

A team player, able to work independently once trained.

Job Role

Responsible for assigned Kitchen activities.

Will have the opportunity to be trained and work under an experienced and top Executive Chef with a wealth of knowledge.

Will be assigned and trained in all areas of the kitchen by rotation.

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, food equipment etc.,

Expected to minimize food waste and costs.
