Analyst - Consulting - International Development
As a member of the Operations Transformations - International Development team, you will embark on an exciting journey with a group of competent globally aware individuals. The International Development (ID) practice provides services to the multilateral development banks and bilateral (government to government) donor agencies and their government partners. Most of our ID work is in the areas of SME development, women empowerment, business process re-engineering, capacity building and monitoring and evaluation. We connect global knowledge and local experience, enabled by appropriate strategies and technology, to provide sustainable development solutions.
Key Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Business Management, Social Science or other related field.
Minimum 01 year experience in research and consultancy
( Experience in International Development Agency funded projects would be an added advantage)
Exceptional communication skills in English and local language/s.
Research and report writing skills accompanied by strong analytical skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A team player with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, be adaptive, curious and resourceful
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of consultancy projects of the division which includes but not limited to;
- Sector/ market research and analysis,
-Support in tracking opportunities and submission of proposal documents
-Support with project implementation activities
-Preparation of reports and presentations
