QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

Our Quality Operations Team is looking for dynamic, driven, determined & charismatic individuals to join us.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Perform in-process quality checks (IPQC) in production, packing, penicillin and animal health and the nutritional supplement powder manufacturing plant.
- Conduct routine inspections and checks of manufacturing processes and packing operations and verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process quality control measures.
- Identify and investigate deviations, non-conformances and out-of-specification results, documenting findings and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAS) while performing IPQC activities.
- Perform in-process testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products to assess quality attributes such as purity, potency and physical characteristics in the-laboratory.
- Collect and analyze data from IPQC work, maintaining accurate records and documentation of the results of any quality-related incidents or issues.
- Communicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors and quality assurance teams to relay critical quality information, provide feedback on process performance and facilitate the timely resolution of quality-related concerns.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field an associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or chemical industries.
Knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies and techniques, performing analytical testing and quality assessments will be an added advantage.
Age below 30 years.
