Vacancies - HR Executive
We are one of the leading construction companies in Sri Lanka with experience in Roads, Bridges, Water Supply Projects, Asphalt, and Ready-mix Concrete Plants all over the country.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful candidate, who is capable for the above vacancy.
Job Role
- Sound knowledge in HR best practices, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Health & Safety Procedures.
ΑΛΛΑ Α
Ensure smooth operation of monthly payroll system.
Handle Compliance with Labour Regulations and EPF/ETF and maintain records. Laise with respective authorities regarding HR and Admin matters.
- Handle annual return of APIT/PAYE and maintain the related files.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR related processes, policies, and procedures.
Coordination of day-to-day HR functions.
Attendance and Leave Management.
Preparations of HR related Letters and Memos.
Preferred age is below 45 years.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Professional qualifications in HRM from a recognized university or Institute.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar job role.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communications skills and decision-making skills.
- Able to handle work under minimum supervision and independently.
