Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Primary Ownership of Data Acquisition: Lead the charge in acquiring and managing organizational business data requirements, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
- Report Creation and Analysis: Generate comprehensive business-related data reports and conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Policy Development: Create robust policies and procedures governing the collation and analysis of data, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Data Evaluation and Screening: Perform critical evaluation and screening of data to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Process Improvement: Develop innovative data analysis processes that add tangible value to our business lines, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Business processes and Assessment: Assess future business intelligence needs, refine ongoing processes, and propose solutions to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or an equivalent qualification. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a data-driven organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analytics principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and HQL, with prior hands-on experience in data manipulation and extraction.
- Ability to critically evaluate business requirements and propose data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Experience in any BI tool is a must (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
