Research/Business Analyst (Executive Level)
Job Profile:
• Carry out extensive quantitative & cost analysis on any areas as assigned related to operations, review and provide solutions/findings Analysis & Reporting on Special Projects/Areas as assigned by the CEO
- Coordination of Operational Projects & carry out periodical meetings for the CEO & HODS
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams and drive such projects
Responsible for developing, revising and maintaining of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) across the Group
Carry out research on best practices in relation to SOPs and adopt same in developing/revising SOPs
- Provide written Memo's to Senior Management on findings
- Candidate Prerequisites:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Statistics/Accounting/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent with a part qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CFA
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate
- Audit Firm/Financial Analyst experience will be an added advantage
- Possess Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English
- Be thorough in MS Office Package with exceptional Excel Skills Good Presentation Skills
- Be a good team player with the right attitude to learn & develop
- Be below 27 years of age
