Graduate Trainee - Merchandising

SCOPE
The Graduate Trainee - Merchandising is partially responsible for driving the T&A for the assigned orders (category/customer). This includes ensuring achievement of the OTD, Quality, Schedule attainment and profitability objectives in close coordination with cross functional internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in planning Bulk requirements for the assigned orders, including hand-over from development, booking of capacities, etc.
- Coordinate effective execution of orders for achievement of the bulk OTD and quality objectives.
Liaise with the internal teams and customers for bulk requirements, including order progress updates, profitability actions, documentation, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Internship experience in the merchandizing function will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of functional business processes (front-end/operations)
Ability to drive vision and change, be process oriented and drive results.
Ability to excite and engage customers as well as inspire employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Attention to detail and a structured and disciplined work approach
