Consulting - Human Capital Transformation - Manager

Key Requirements

In-depth understanding of following areas: Organization

Design, Rewards and Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, HR Technology Solutions

Skills in strategizing, formulating, and delivering core HR functions within the employee hire-to-retire cycle

Skills in collecting, cleansing, and analyzing HR data to deliver robust insights

Exposure to HR Technology Products such as Oracle Fusion.

HCM Cloud/SuccessFactors / Workday or similar products

  • Bachelor or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
  • Minimum six (6) years of client-facing experience in a consulting firm OR four (4) years of managerial experience within the HR function of a reputed corporate
  • Skills in Project Management and experience in working
  • with teams in multiple geographies is an added advantage Technology savviness and skills in Microsoft excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills

Willingness to undertake business travel

Apply relevant HR functional knowledge to help

our clients improve their HR processes

Understand the client's business, follow sector

trends and learn leading practices

Support our clients to use technology as a business enabler for HR

  • Gather and interpret information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
  • Articulate simply and clearly to instill confidence in internal teams and clients

Manage client engagements and projects

Support the firm's leadership in managing client relationships
