JOB PROFILE
The selected candidate will have to liaise with principals/suppliers, internal demand planning team and external clearing agent to clear the shipment of both air and sea in timely manner as per the KPI's. Coordinating with banks and other government institutions such as Sri Lanka Customs and Import Control Department to ensure seamless clearance process of inward cargo. Striving for excellence and enforce strict compliances with company policies, national standards, principal requirements, and ethical standards are vital. Coordinating and collaborating with forwarding/shipping and clearing agents to obtain optimum rates for the benefit of the company is essential. Working in procurement/demand planning division to ascertain optimum inventory in accordance with lead time, market requirement would be an added advantage.

PERSONAL PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management from a university or diploma gained from ISMM or NIBM or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in imports preferably in medical devices/healthcare industry
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in working with an ERP system particularly in IFS/MS office Package
