- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic business plans to expand market presence, achieve revenue targets, and drive sustainable growth in Sri Lanka and Asia.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business ventures, partnerships, and collaborations to diversify the company's Engineering Services portfolio and enhance market share in Sri Lanka and Asia.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our New Zealand teams, including administration, engineering services, marketing, and operations, to align strategies, optimise processes, and ensure a unified approach towards business development goals.
- Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and surpass sales targets to contribute significantly to the company's financial success.
