Senior Manager Industrial Sales
LAUGFS Lubricants Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings and the 3rd largest automotive lubricant brand in Sri Lanka. LAUGFS Lubricants was first introduced to the market in July 2008 as the only homegrown brand of lubricant offering Lubrication solutions to every class of motor vehicles and industries, blended locally using modern cutting edge technology in compliance with highest international industry standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full responsibility for improving and overseeing the Lubricant Industrial market segment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the industrial sales sector.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably in the lubricant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity within a reputable company.
