Customer Care - Nawala

We are looking for a full-time call center representative to join our dynamic team. As a call center representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions in our database.

Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
  • Age below 25 years.
  • School Leavers are encouraged to apply.

Experience in customer service is a plus

  • Should be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays on Roster Basis
