Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Creative Executive - Social Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the KARCHER brand across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, and analytical skills to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the KARCHER brand in Sri Lanka.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, aligning with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase followership, and generate leads through social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the KARCHER brand identity, products, and target market to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements, as needed.
- Knowledge of graphic designing is considered an added advantage for this position.
The Person:
- Professional qualification in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Age below 30 years.
- Must be a team player having a structured and disciplined approach towards work.
- Prior experience in the Trading sector will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
