Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex, scalable, and high-quality software systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, software architecture
- Lead technical discussions, solve complex software problems, and define
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, product managers) to translate user needs into technical specifications and functional designs
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement
- with a proven track record of success in a senior-level role
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex software systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
