In our continuous expansion efforts, we are actively seeking a highly qualified Technical Coordinator - Female services team.
Job Profile
- Liaise with the technical team by managing & and coordinating client schedules, technical movements, and relevant information.
- Handling help desk line to ensure attending to all customer queries and to provide excellent customer support. Responsible for supplier registration and related tasks promptly.
- Preparation of quotations, and tenders and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Raising sales orders and coordinating supplier invoices for direct orders.
- Attending & and performing ad hoc duties as and when required.
Providing reports to the management by assuring the accuracy of all records.
Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in business administration or any other relevant field.
Should have 01-year experience in a similar capacity preferably in the IT sector.
Should possess a good command of Sinhala & and English communication skills.
Should have excellent interpersonal & and customer care skills with a positive attitude.
Should be a self-organized individual who can work with a minimum supervisor. Proficiency in MS Office packages is a must.
