Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our sales team and looking for a best potential candidate for Area Sales Manager - Jar Business position in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
VARUN BEVERAGES
Deliver the JAR sales volume target by developing market in the assigned territory as per Annual Operating Plan. Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets.
Develop strong relationships with and resolving channel partners issues, Visit & interact with DBR's on frequent basis to maintain relationship.
Map the current Market Situation, Benchmark with Competition to identify gaps in Product Availability.
Ensure credit control within Unit, Liaison with Commercial Responsible for monitoring & optimizing cost of direct operations, Maintain profitability of the Unit.
Adherence to all processes and process by ensuring that there are no pending claims/ settlements with internal and external partners.
Responsible for implementing the Go-To-Market model within the Unit, Utilize tools to drive Business results-SAMNA, WW, etc.
Personal Profile:
Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from Recognised University/Business School. Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification Sales and Distribution Management experience.
Experience in water industry will be an added advantage.
