RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Assist in the development of new menu items.
- Help in the ordering and stocking of kitchen supplies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENT
- Proven 3 years experience as a Commi 2 or similar role.
- Experience in both hot kitchen and cold kitchen preparation.
Knowledge of baking in a bakery setting is a plus.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary environment.
