Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for industrial automation technologies and excellent communication skills. As a Business Development Manager/Engineer, he will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our range of automation solutions to improve the company sales and the clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their automation requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the technical team and contractors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 6 years experiences in the Automation Industry.
Diploma or equivalent related to Automation industries will be preferred but not a must.
- Knowledge on Industrial Automation using PLCs, Motion Controls, VFDs, and related technologies will be preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
