The Colombo Lotus Tower is the most significant landmark in Colombo and it is the tallest self-supported structure in South Asia. Now we have opened to the public with a wide range of facilities that includes entertainment, leisure, Hi-tech experience, and star-class dining facilities at a sky height.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about joining the company and to be a part of its legacy. The prospective candidates should fulfill the below-mentioned requirements:
Legal Manager
- The candidate should be an Attorney - at Law and Notary Public with Notarial License to practice in the District Court of Colombo in English Language
- A master's degree in law (LLM) / bachelor's degree will be preferred
- Minimum of 07 years of post-qualifying work experience in the corporate sector, including notarial work
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and correspondence and preparation of responses to customer letters where legal advice is required
- Attending to NDAs, sending LODs, supplier agreements, customer agreements, lease agreements, bank agreements, and contracts
- Experience in handling Magisterial court issues will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations
- Age limit - below 45 years
