SENIOR EXECUTIVE - QUALITY CONTROL
ACE Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is a BOI approved and LEED (Green) Certified Mega Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant designed to comply with GMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP and US FDA Standards, located in Horana, Sri Lanka.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision of all QC laboratory operations, maintaining of GLP and GDP practices.
- Guide the QC team to achieve company requirement of routine analysis (RM, PM, FG & Water) as per BP and USP pharmacopeial standards in a timely manner.
- Hands-on experience on laboratory analysis and instrumentation such as KF titrator, FT-IR, HPLC & etc. Collaborate with outsource parties to fulfill laboratory requirements in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in analytical method validation would be an added advantage.
- Allocating resources as required to achieve the requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Qualified in BSc in pharmacy, chemistry, or B.pharm from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of cGMP, quality operations, and SAP system.
- Good people management skills and a team player.
- Strong reporting & analytical skills, Excellent communication Skills, particularly written & spoken English Age below 35 years.
CHEMIST - QUALITY CONTROL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect, test & release Raw materials, packaging materials, purified water system & finished goods as per SOP
- Calibration, Verification of laboratory instruments.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in manufacturing filling and packaging area.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Qualified in BSc in Chemistry, BSC in Microbiology, I CHEM degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality operations would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Analytical laboratory (1-2 years) would be an added advantage.
- Age below 30.
- Excellent communication skills.
