Assistant Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Senior Engineering Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leads and supports mechanical and electrical maintenance works while closely working with stakeholders to implement engineering initiatives to enhance the reliability of mechanical and electrical systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our esteemed company.
Candidate Profile:
- Age below 40 years (Male Candidates)
- Candidates residing in Gampaha or suburbs are preferred
Working Locations: Gampaha Kirindiwita
Job description:
Manage the overall cycle of projects.
Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery in the factory.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
Execute corrective maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure the swift resumption of production. Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine settings for enhanced performance and efficiency.
Develop and control Engineering Budget.
Redesign and modify Machinery.
Minimize the Machine Breakdown and ensure maximum machine run time.
Ensure inhouse material availability and coordination with the Procurement Team.
Performs any other duties entrusted by the Superior officers concerned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (FMCG would be an added advantage)
Master/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Mechanical / Chemical.
Operational organizing skills, Leadership skills, Communication skills,
- Decision taking and Problem-Solving skills.
