FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER
Join us to pursue a career as a Field Support Engineer. You will Facilitate to AIPL field technical service team through spare parts management and providing the in-house technical information to carry out the technical service and duties on time.
THE PERSON WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Communicating and obtaining the warranty replacements/returning the defective items to manufacture and coordinating with Field technical staff Managing and creating warranty orders through DCRM on Mindray systems.
- Supplementary warranty extension on time.
- Maintaining the return logistics as per the stipulated timelines with give protocol
- Customer expectation management through facilitating the internal resources to provide the information of spars/shipments/availability to the field operation on time
- Sending the forecasted order input documents to SCM on time to place the orders and get the latest date of goods available to AIPL.
- Life cycle cost management of all the instruments in department inventory.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Electronics or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support and Inventory Management.
- Excellent Communication skills in English and conversant in MS office.
Sound knowledge in electronic, computer software and working exposure with ERP system.
Good level of team management/supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Working under pressure for result-oriented outcome.
