One of our leading International Color Cosmetics and Personal Care brands, in Sri Lanka is looking for a passionate individual to drive the cosmetics business
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of customerspecific business plans and budgets
- Continuous business enrolment with potential investors/customers by emphasizing strategic partnerships in existing and new territories.
- Sales Planning and budgeting
- Manage and deploy a team of subordinates with suitable customer orientation to deliver their jobs with a winning mind of share.
- Identify in-store training needs and implement on-the-job training interventions and coaching
Qualifications:
- Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized university or institute is mandatory
- Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in sales/Key Account Management is a must Experience in the FMCG / Colour Cosmetics/ Personal care category is a must
- Work experience in MT would be an added advantage
- Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
