Fully Partly qualified in CA, ACCA or CIMA/ Finance Degree Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position Experience in construction industry will be additional advantage.
Must have experience in International trade (Such as LCs and TTs) Good communication skills in English language.
Should be conversant with ERP system and Microsoft office packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide complete and accurate Finance/Management information in a timely manner.
- Managing working capital, cashflow, budgeting.
- Reviewing, analyzing and preparing various financial information needed by Board of Directors.
- Preparing and maintaining accounting files, reports and data used for financial reporting.
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
- Verify deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
- Liaising with external Auditors, Tax Authorities and Financial Institutions. Should be able to handle LCs and TTs (Import and Export process). Any other duties implemented by management time to time.
