ASSOCIATE ANALYST MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING (LOCATION: BIYAGAMA EPZ)

We are looking for confident, energetic & self-driven candidates to fill the above vacancy in our establishment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in preparation of Annual Budget, and quarterly, monthly, weekly follow-ups
  • Perform variance analysis and report high variances
  • Prepare standard cost estimations, revisions etc.
  • Coordinate period stock verification and account variances.
  • Carry out GL reconciliation for inventories and provisions.
  • Preparation of ad hoc cost and management reports as and when required.
  • Prepare the scrap/disposal monthly reconciliation.
  • Factory visits, ensure good manufacturing practice and internal controls.
  • Coordinate annual statutory audit & other internal audits.
  • Perform month-end closing process & expenses analysis.
  • Proper implementation of internal controls
  • Initiate variance improvement projects

Pre-Requisites

  • Age Between 23-30.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance in a reputed university OR any other equivalent. Part qualifications in CA/ACCA/ CIMA/ CMA, full qualification in AAT or any other equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in corporate Costing / Accounting.
  • Good with MS Office and Working exposure in ERP system
  • Having exposure into ERP- Microsoft D365 will be an added advantage.
  • Self-driven and ability to work under minimum supervision at under pressure environment.
  • Positive attitude & good team player with problem solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills & good communication skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to learn fast and take additional responsibilities.
