Finance Executive / Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily cashflows
- Bank payment processing
- AP invoice booking
- Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
- VAT/ Tax handling on transactions
- Petty cash handling
- Conversion of sales orders in the SAP system
- Maintenance of fixed asset module in SAP
- Assisting month-end closure with the finance team
- Co-ordinating with external parties on audit and compliance matters
Requirements
- Age below 35 years.
- One year of working experience in an audit firm or similar role would be an added advantage.
- Qualified in AAT and Partially qualified in CMA/ Charted
- Passed GCE A/L.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with good English literacy.
- Able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
