Internal Auditor
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Spot petty cash/main cash / Gift voucher/ Manual bill /verification
• Coordinate and conduct audits and field investigations of business units of the group in accordance with agreed scope.
• Gather and evaluate audit evidence to reach a conclusion pertaining to business unit's operations and controls
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure that audit recommendations are implemented
• Managing stock levels and Making Key decisions about stock control.
• Daily update on time stocks to the management.
• Build strong working relationships with all supporting teams.
⚫ Showroom visit and Random inventory verification
• Arrange annual stock verification
Qualifications and Skills
• Pursuing or part qualification of a recognized professional body in CASL, CIMA or AAT
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar (Audit firm working experience is additional qualification)
⚫ Aged below 35 years with an outgoing personality and go getter attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing processes and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy mainly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
