- PG Diploma in IT along with Graduation or BSc (Comp Science) or BCA
- 3-4 years of experience in Hotels IT support and services
- Ability to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Adequate exposure to hardware, software and networking systems preferably in hospitality domain
