Our customer is fast-growing Australian and NZ Recruitment Company. Company looking to globalise their operations. Our customer is looking for an Experience Digital Marketer to help facilitate the influx of business we receive in Australia and NZ

Our customers office is located at Orion City. You will be servicing our customer Australian based corporate Director on a daily basis after a few weeks of training.

Work Hours

  • Monday-Friday 07.00AM - 03.30PM
  • Saturday 07.00AM - 11.00AM

You will be working in a small team environment or individually. Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Our Customer's future employees will need to possess the following qualities:

  • Email marketing campaign using Send Grid and analyze response
  • Regular newsletters to applicants and customers-a database of 20,000 plus records
  • Run new customer marketing campaign using social network platforms such as Linkedin and Facebook
  • SEO for main website and other associated websites towards customers and job seekers
  • List 3rd party jobs on our website and drive job applications
  • Active presence of our company activities in all social platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google business, Instagram, Tiktok, and so on.
  • High presence in job portals such as Indeed, Seek, and others
  • Regular job vacancies to be listed in all Social media and job groups using schedulers and other tools. You will need to create your own graphics as needed
  • Promote and maintain our job group
  • Run marketing campaigns to our internal Bullhorn database - customers and candidates
  • Analyze sales data including new leads
  • Analyze job placements and revenue creation
  • Analyze Individual staff performance in relation to sales and revenue
  • Analyze Company performance relation to sales and revenue
  • Establish KPIs in all critical areas and monitor KPIs
  • Your input based on your past experience will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in Google Adwords, SEO, simple website developments is an advantage.
  • You may be required to work by yourself on weekend shifts in a fully secure environment.
