MODULAR ELSTEEL ENCLOSURES ELSTEEL (PVT) LTD is an internationally reputed company manufacturing low voltage type tested modular enclosure systems. Due to rapid expansion of the business, we are in urgent need of a suitable candidate for immediate recruitment.
JOB PROFILE:
- Maintain, support, and develop ERP systems, business applications, and reporting tools.
- Participate in international ERP/application projects to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize ERP.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. Receive and resolve ERP and business application issues. Ensure security, confidentiality, data accuracy, and integrity of information.
- Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Plan, design, and work on ERP system enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Regularly backup ERP systems and applications. Set up and maintain an effective IT environment.
- Update technical knowledge and skills through in-house and external courses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferable but not necessary.
- Able to give ERP/applications support for Sri Lanka and international users. Programming skills: PHP, Python, SQL.
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server's database maintenance. Experience in maintain ERP system (Odoo is a plus).
- Good ability to communicate at work in English, both written and spoken. Able to travel.
