Manager - Digital Learning & Training MIS (Sales Training & Development)
- Identify and qualify opportunities to drive digital learning adoptions for the sales force.
- Develop creative learning content for the LMS.
- Effectively manage the LMS platform to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the system.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor the outcomes and effectiveness of path training.
- Support the Head of Sales Training & Development in digital initiatives.
Job Pre-Requisites:
- Professional qualification in digital content development and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong conceptualization skills, content writing skills, analytical abilities, and persuasive skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, influencing, and motivation skills.
- Completion of Advanced Level examinations and advanced IT knowledge.
