eNerds is a leading Managed IT Services company based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking for an experienced customer service professional, sales/office administrator or similar to fill the role of Client Services Coordinator for eNerds Colombo office. Salary negotiable based on experience.
eNerds provides outsourced Managed IT Services to businesses with 10 - 250 staff in Australia, and has offices in Sydney (HQ), Melbourne, Brisbane and Colombo. We have won SMB IT Partner of the Year 6 years in a row at the ARN ICT Industry Awards from 2015 to 2020. The services we provide include Managed IT Support, Consulting, Cloud, Internet, Telecommunications and Procurement.
We are looking for someone to join eNerds to assist our Client Services Team with answering inbound phone calls, log support requests for our clients, processing orders and engineer bookings. There is also an administration component to the role, assisting the team with event management, database updates and general office duties. This role will require you to work within a team environment, delegating tasks to our technical team and ensuring the smooth flow of inbound calls. Training will be provided so you can successfully fulfil all the duties of the role. You will be joining an awesome team who are looking for someone to complement their passion and enthusiasm for the company. The working hours are 4am to 1pm (Monday to Friday) with home pick up in the morning.
This position suits an organised, task-oriented person with experience in customer service, administration and coordination. You must have a willingness to deal with clients confidently & professionally over the phone and via emails.
Your application will be successful if you have the right mix of reception, customer service, task management and administration skills. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to handle a busy environment, multi-task and understand the value of excellent customer service. You will have two years or more professional working experience in any customer facing environment, such as Reception and Administration.
You must have excellent English skills and strong verbal & written communication for this position.
