Job Description:

  • Our customer is a fast-growing Australian and NZ Recruitment Company looking to globalize their operations.
  • They are seeking a Bookkeeper to help manage the influx of business in Australia and NZ.
  • The office is located at Orion City, where you will be servicing Australian based customers after training.
  • Work hours:
  • Monday-Friday 07.00AM - 03.30PM
  • Saturday 07.00AM - 11.00AM

You may be working in a small team or individually, with full training provided for successful candidates.

Qualities needed:

  1. Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience.
  2. Degree in relevant subject (Management, Business, Finance).
  3. Experience working for an Australian business preferred.
  4. Understanding of bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledger management.
  5. Knowledge of debits, credits, and processing journals.
  6. Knowledge of nominal ledger codes and Balance Sheet/P&L items.
  7. Experience with Xero/MYOB software.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  9. Ability to work in a team and independently.
  10. Work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  11. Strong attention to detail.
