Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is a unique urban resort getaway that provides guests with unmatched city vacations. We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of Guest Service Executive to join the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo task force. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Our newest addition to the portfolio: the much anticipated USD 1 Billion project Cinnamon Life Integrated Resorts is set to open this year. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of the John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to ensure guests have a memorable stay at our hotel, keeping in line with the service standards
- Monitor VIP guest requirements and assist in completion of their pre-registration formalities
- Address all guest needs promptly and efficiently, handling requests and inquiries with care
- Ensure seamless operations within the Front Office Department
- Demonstrate innovation and creativity, proactively pursuing goals in a dynamic setting, and contributing to a culture of industry leadership and trendsetting with innovative approaches
- Take on tasks efficiently and assume leadership as needed
The ideal candidate should possess
- A diploma or professional certification in Hospitality Management from a reputable institution
- 2-3 years' of experience in a similar role within a five-star establishment
- Strong command of the English language with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computerised environments with thorough knowledge of MS Office Packages
