Nekfa Australia Ltd, a cloud-based HRM system provider, is seeking dynamic Sales Executives to revolutionize HR processes and empower businesses. The role involves building trust, delivering value, and forging lasting partnerships, not just selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cultivate, and nurture leads to expand our client base
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to pitch. our HRM solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • You'll hit the ground running, meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the transformative potential of our cloud-based HRM systems
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on software or technology solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Previous experience in HR or HRM systems sales is an added advantage
