Job Title: Marketing Executive (Fulltime - Contract Basis)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive sales.
- Update and maintain our social media profiles with engaging content including posts, stories, and interactive elements.
- Manage online shopping carts and process orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels and follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve minimum sales targets monthly and provide regular reports on performance to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for social media and websites.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and website content management systems. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
