Key Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Diploma or HND in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in IT support and graphic design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier).
- Understanding of IT systems, networks, hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Multitasking Ability.

IT Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding software and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed. Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and security measures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with external IT service providers when necessary.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media.
- Edit and retouch images as needed.
- Prepare mockups and present ideas for approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
