MANAGER - CASH MANAGEMENT
Are you an experienced manager with a strong background in cash management requirement and cash in transit operations? Join our dynamic team at Kay Jay Group as our new Cash Manager and take charge of our cash logistics with precision and expertise!
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of cash management including cash in transit operations, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Lead and mentor entire cash team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, safety, and security in cash transportation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash transit management or Banking sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving results and managing operational challenges effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and best practices in cash handling and transportation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus of delivering value to clients and driving business growth
