EXECUTIVE - IT
The Job:
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our information technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance to end-users.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
- Lead IT projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT and propose innovative solutions to enhance the company's technological capabilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
