Intern - Business Team

Responsibilities

  • Collect relevant cost information from different sources to make pricing decisions.
  • Analyzing the market trends and tracking competitor fares
  • Being aware of business performance in each hailing product in regular time intervals
  • Applying statistical and modeling techniques to predict and determine required price changes to ensure demand and supply equilibrium.
  • Deciding on seasonal and special promotional pricing
  • Collaborating with operation teams to evaluate the price change impacts and requirements.
  • Presenting pricing updates to the senior management
  • Communicating price changes effectively among internal and external parties with the aid of the marketing department

Qualifications

  • A/L's in physical science stream
  • Undergraduate in Statistics/ transport and logistics management or equivalent
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Having good communication skills and team working capability
  • The ability to work with SQL and python for data analysis would be an added benefit.
