Job Description
Medfuture, a leading recruitment agency in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a dynamic Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong content writing skills, experience in managing internal and freelancing teams, and a background in recruitment or the service industry. As a Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting job descriptions, articles, blogs, and copywriting materials, while collaborating closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional content solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage a team of internal and freelancing content writers and blog writers.
- Create compelling job descriptions, articles, blogs, and copywriting materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor content solutions accordingly.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, with a focus on job descriptions, articles, blogs, and copywriting.
- Experience managing internal and freelancing teams of content writers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and the service industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
