Accounts Executive
The Profile
- Raising Purchase orders by coordination with Respective Department of the Company Initiating Cheque Payments in ERP System for the respective creditors, overheads and loans
- Maintenance of Cash flow statement Bank wise (In Excel) on a daily basis to Manage working Capital of the company and preparation of Cash flow analysis report on weekly basis
- Maintenance of Cash in hand Float, Fuel Float, Petty Cash Float for Daily business operations
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements and update of Bank account balances of savings and fixed deposit in the system timely manner
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Partly Qualified in ICASL/CIMA/ or other professional body or University Degree with a class
- Minimum Two years' Experience in Auditing or Commercial Sector
- Age between 23-35
- Prior experience in Working Accounts payable in an ERP system will definitely be an advantage
