What you need to do
(Mahara, Kadawatha Branch)
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to prevent stockouts and delays.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and shipments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
What we are looking for
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration/ or Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive/ service-related industry.
- Be computer literate in MS Office packages with Excellent/Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Efficient in quoting processes and supply chain coordination for inventory management.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala with interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Age below 30 years, Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
