Assistant Manager - Compliance
Head office Situated in Colombo-03
Job Profile
- Verification of accuracy and reporting due dates in FINNET/goAML reporting.
- Analysis of debit/credit transactions on financial returns, reports, and TMS alerts.
- Preparation and submission of statutory reports to regulators and necessary board papers by due dates.
- Maintenance of deadline tracker, other correspondences, and communication with divisions, branches, and respective regulators.
- Assistance in developing and analyzing policies, procedures, internal systems/processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Conducting compliance verifications of divisions and preparing reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Familiarity with FINNET reporting/goAML system/accounting systems.
- Hands-on experience in Accounting/Finance/ Compliance in the Banking & Finance Sector.
- Degree from a recognized University OR Full professional Qualification in relevant discipline with 02 years' Experience in Executive Capacity OR
- Relevant recognized Diploma (Minimum 01 Year/part Professional Qualification) with 03 years' experience in Executive Capacity
- G.C.E (A/L) examination with passes with 04 years' experience in Executive Capacity
- G.C.E(O/L) examination with 05 years' experience in Executive Capacity

Remuneration:
Performance based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications and experience.
